PC Assist @ Home was established in 2004, based from my home in South Norfolk
All work will be carried out by the proprietor of PC Assist @ Home; Darren Rose who is a fully qualified computer systems engineer with over 20 years experience in both the home and business sectors
Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms - Payment due upon completion of work or receipt of invoice.
Cancellations - 24 hours notice is required (unless due to extreme circumstances), last minute cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to 1 hours labour.
Goods - Remain the property of PC Assist @ Home until paid for in full.

AVG - No refunds can be given once licence has been issued - if you wish to cancel before I send licence then please do so via email or text, and ensure that you receive a confirmation from me that I have received your request to cancel.
Data - No liability can be accepted for data loss of any kind incurred during a repair. It is the customers responsibility to make sure they backup all data, or request PC Assist @ Home to perform a data backup before work commences (additional charges may apply)
Bounced Cheques - Any fees incurred due to bounced cheques will be passed on to the customer.
